cafés and restaurants very close; more can be found a bit
further away on Viktoria-Luise Platz towards the East, as well as on
Ludwigkirchplatz and along Fasanenstrasse (both minutes away on foot
toward Kurfürstendamm). An open marketplace with fresh produce is
set up on Wednesday and Saturday mornings at Hohenzollernplatz. There
is a children’s playground across the street and another one nearby on
Nikolsburgerplatz. The larger Volkspark is close by (good for walks and
jogging). Flohmarkt at Fehrbellinerplatz on Saturdays and Sundays.
The apartment is ten minutes on foot to the Elixia health club in
Pragerplatz, which has numerous facilities, including a 25 m. (ca. 82
